The best online resource for you is our Frequently Asked Questions document you will find by clicking the FAQ link at the top of every page. We routinely update this document with the answers to the most common questions we get from our users.

We also recommend reviewing the video tutorials we have in our Video Library. You will find this and more information under the Community tab.

How to Ask Us a Question

We have built into DASH a live chat support mechanism. We don't have "regular" support hours, but whenever one of our team is available, we will log in and invite your questions. Very often, this is the most direct and quickest way to get your question answered.

We also receive support emails from users all the time, and we endeavor to return them at least within 24 hours of receiving them. You can click on the Contact Us link at the bottom of the screen to send us your question.
